Environmental warfare is defined as the intentional modification or manipulation of the natural ecology, such as climate and weather, earth systems such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, tectonic plate system, and/or the triggering of seismic events (earthquakes) to cause intentional physical, economic, and psycho-social, and physical destruction to an intended target geophysical or population location, as part of strategic or tactical war." The 'High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme' is a powerful tool for weather and climate modification operated by the U.S Navy and Air Force. HAARP antennas bombard the ionosphere causing electromagnetic frequencies to bounce back to Earth, penetrating everything living and dead.
HAARP can modify weather and is capable of triggering floods, droughts and hurricanes. It is not only capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems anywhere on the planet, but its effects can target select regions to affect human physical, mental and emotional responses. When beamed at specific targets it can generate catastrophic disasters of epic proportions, as being witnessed, which the government will continue to call climate change.
